The aim of the Customer Services Department of Network Global Logistics is to meet the customer needs through customer-oriented satisfaction strategy, in such times and standards as agreed upon with the customers. In line with this objective, the main activities performed by the Customer Services Department are as follows:


Taking service orders from customers;

Ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers by organizing proper transportation methods;
Pricing;
Evaluating suggestions and complaints of customers, and solving same as soon as practicable.
